  • Registration Fee

    Early Bird Special: $150 (ends September 1.) After September 1- $175. After September 15- $200. Please note, if the event is postponed on October 17th due to weather, and you are unable to attend our rain date of October 31st, you will not receive a refund of your registration fee. Instead, we will make sure the fee is used as a charitable donation to the Baltimore Humane Society and you will receive a tax receipt for this donation.

    • IMPORTANT VENDOR INFORMATION

      Thank you so much for registering for Barks & Boos!, benefiting the animals of the Baltimore Humane Society! We truly appreciate your support of our mission to save, care for and rehome thousands of animals each year in our community.  

      • Event Date: Saturday, October 17 (raindate: Saturday October 31)
      • Gates Open: 11:00am - 2:00pm   
      • Location: Baltimore Humane Society, 1601 Nicodemus Road, Reisterstown, MD 21136. 
      • Set up hours: TBD 

      Additional items to note: 

      • Due to safety reasons, vendors may not drive on/off event grounds after 10:00am on the day of Barks & Boos
      • Portable restroom facilities will be available for your use.
      • Your business operations may take place only in your allotted space and the walkway  immediately in front of your space.
      • We do not have the ability to provide wi-fi at the booth sites.
      • There are no cars allowed to remain on the premises.

    • VENDOR WAIVER

      WAIVER: I assume any and all risks associated with participation in this event, Baltimore Humane Society’s Barks & Boos! including, but not limited to, falls, the effects of the weather, including heat and humidity, traffic, and the conditions of the grounds and any other potential injury. Knowing these facts, and in consideration of the Humane Society’s acceptance of my registration, I hereby for myself, my family members, my animals, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive, release, and covenant not to sue and forever discharge the Humane Society any and all parties associated with this event form any and all claims for damage, or liabilities of any kind arising out of participation in the event even though such liability may arise out of my own negligence or action of that of my animals. This release extends to all claims of every kind or nature whatsoever, foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown. PHOTO USE WAIVER: The undersigned further also grants full permission to the Baltimore Humane Society and/or agents authorized by them to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of Barks & Boos! for publicity purposes. DISQUALIFICATION OF AN ANIMAL: Animals that display aggressive behavior, are pregnant or in heat, or have questionable health will not be permitted in the event. Please be responsible to others while attending this event.
    • Should be Empty:
