Exmouth Leisure Centre Hyrox Simulation Event- Full

Get ready to test your strength, endurance, and grit in our Full HYROX Simulation. This event is perfect for both newcomers looking to experience the format and seasoned athletes wanting a competitive training challenge. Age Requirement: 16+

 

Event format: 

Participants will complete a series of functional workouts, alternating between running and exercise stations.

Exercises Included:

• 1km Run (between each station)
• 1000m SkiErg
• 50m Sled Push
• 50m Sled Pull
• 80m Burpee Broad Jumps
• 1000m Row
• 200m Farmers Carry
• 100m Sandbag Lunges
• 100 Wall Balls

All specific race information including layout, running route and timings will be sent in the week leading up to the event.

 

All event entry fees are non-refundable once a booking has been completed.

If a participant is unable to attend due to injury, a substitute may be nominated. Details of any substitute must be registered with exmouthfitnessevents@ledleisure.co.uk prior to the event and meet the event’s eligibility requirements.

Substitutions are subject to organiser approval, and no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued in relation to entry fees.
