Release of Liability
In consideration for the Ontario Conference of the Seventh-day Adventist Church (the Conference) allowing me to park in its parking lot or one of its local church parking lots, I hereby release the Conference and its subsidiary and affiliated organizations to include the local churches of any responsibility or liability for loss and/or damages to my vehicle, including but not limited to partial or total theft, vandalism, collision, fire, weather, etc. during the course of my car being parked on the Conference or local church parking lot.
I understand that if my car needs to be removed from the premises, I will be responsible for any charges incurred.
I further understand and agree that the Conference nor its trustees, directors, officers, pastors, members, employees, representatives, volunteers, or agents cannot be held liable in any way for any injury, harm or other damages as a result of my parking on their property or the designated parking lot in Hamilton, and I am parking at my own risk.
I have read the Release of Liability and understand and agree to all the terms and conditions.
