I, named above, as an event participant, releases to the full extent permitted by law, Henley on Todd Incorporated and its members, volunteers, agents, contractors, and invitees from all responsibility or liability of all risks in relation to my entry.
I understand that my declaration, I agree to:
- follow ALL directions given by staff and volunteers.
- not be under the influence of alcohol or other drugs upon entry.
act in a way that does not cause injury, aggravation or damage to myself, others or equipment.
- we have the rights to use images taken at the event for promotional purposes and other uses in the future.

Henley on Todd Incorporated reserves the right to ask you leave or refuse admittance to the competition grounds to any entrant for breaching the above rules and regulations.
