Drop-In Class Terms & Conditions Waiver (Please Read Carefully)

I understand that participation in drop-in classes, workshops, and other activities organized by Minnesota Ballet Theatre & School involves physical activity and carries inherent risks, including the possibility of injury or illness.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release, indemnify, and hold harmless Minnesota Ballet Theatre & School, its owners, directors, instructors, staff, agents, and employees from any claims or liabilities arising from participation in classes or activities, except where prohibited by law.

I understand that participation in group activities may involve exposure to contagious illnesses, including COVID-19 and other communicable diseases. I voluntarily assume the risk of exposure and any related illness resulting from participation.

I authorize emergency medical care for myself or my child(ren) if necessary and understand that I am responsible for any related medical expenses.

I understand that drop-in class fees and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the school’s refund policy.

I grant permission for photographs, videos, and audio recordings of myself or my child(ren) taken during classes or activities to be used for promotional purposes, including social media, website, advertising, and other school-related materials. I understand that no compensation will be provided for the use of these materials.
