Summer Stories is a cinematic storytelling series created by Crystal Clear Photography that combines photography and short films into themed episodes. Rather than a traditional photoshoot, each episode is designed to tell a visual story through genuine interactions, beautiful imagery, and memorable experiences.

By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you understand the expectations of participation and grant permission for Crystal Clear Photography to create and share content from this production.

Production Information

Production Date: August 1st, 2026

Arrival Time: 3pm

Estimated Wrap Time: 6pm

Location: 613 Regency Square

The production schedule may be adjusted due to weather, lighting conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified promptly of any schedule changes.

Participant Responsibilities
As a participant, I agree to:

Arrive on time for all scheduled production activities.
Wear the approved wardrobe discussed before production.
Arrive camera-ready unless otherwise instructed.
Communicate any delays or emergencies as soon as possible.
Treat fellow participants, crew members, and property with respect.
Follow all directions provided by Crystal Clear Photography during production.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout the experience.

Production Fee

I understand that:

A $30 Production Fee is required to reserve my place in Summer Stories.
My participation is not confirmed until payment has been received.
The production fee helps cover planning, coordination, props, and production expenses.
The production fee is non-refundable if I cancel after confirming my participation, except when production is canceled by Crystal Clear Photography.

What I Will Receive
As a participant, I will receive:

A professionally edited online photo gallery.
Featured appearance in the Summer Stories short film.
Permission to share my delivered images and video on personal social media.
A unique creative experience designed by Crystal Clear Photography.
Delivery timelines will be communicated after production and may vary depending on editing requirements.

Photo & Video Release
I grant Crystal Clear Photography and its representatives permission to photograph, film, record audio, and create visual content featuring me during this production.

I understand these images and videos may be used for:

Social media
Website galleries
Portfolio use
Marketing materials
Advertising
Printed promotional materials
Future Summer Stories promotions
Educational or business purposes
I understand that I will not receive additional compensation for these uses beyond the deliverables included in this experience.

Creative Direction
I understand that Summer Stories is an artistic production.

Final decisions regarding posing, editing style, color grading, music selection, storytelling, image selection, and video editing remain solely at the discretion of Crystal Clear Photography.

Cancellation Policy
If I am unable to attend, I agree to notify Crystal Clear Photography as soon as possible.

Failure to attend without prior communication may result in forfeiture of my production fee and may affect eligibility for future Summer Stories productions.

Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation is voluntary.

I assume normal risks associated with participating in an outdoor photography and video production, including weather conditions and walking on uneven surfaces.

I release Crystal Clear Photography from liability for injuries, loss, or damages resulting from ordinary participation, except where prohibited by law.

Participant Acknowledgment
By signing below, I acknowledge that:

I have read this agreement in its entirety.
I understand the expectations of participation.
I voluntarily agree to participate.
I authorize Crystal Clear Photography to photograph and film me.
I agree to the terms outlined in this Participant Agreement and Model Release.
