• 2026 Conference Registration

    Experience two days of inspiration, connection, and professional growth at the beautiful East Carolina University campus in Greenville, NC, October 2 & 3. 

  • We are thrilled to welcome Awadagin Pratt, renowned pianist, conductor, and educator, as our featured conference artist. He will be presenting a dynamic solo recital on Friday evening and lead a masterclass Saturday morning of the conference. 

    Our Friday evening banquet will include a keynote address by MTNA CEO Brian Shepard and recognition of our Teacher of the Year and Foundation Fellows. 

    Each morning begins with engaging sessions and events continuing throughout the day. The Conference concludes with the opportunity to explore the amazing private collection of historical instruments at The Music House, just down the street from ECU. 

    Parking details will be available by September 25. Parking spots closest to the School of Music will be limited. Attendees are advised to stay on campus for meals. Special hotel rates are available for NCMTA (be sure to book by the listed reservation deadline).

    Early bird pricing is available until September 1st. Discount pricing is in effect September 2-September 21. Regular pricing is charged after September 21 and on site. Single day pricing for either Friday or Saturday attendance is available as well as student pricing. At the bottom, you will indicate your choice again to add it to the total in order to process payment.

  • CONFERENCE MEALS

    Please stay on campus and join us for the Friday evening banquet and lunch Friday and Saturday. For each meal, please indicate your choice. If you are bringing a guest who will not be attending the conference but who will be eating with you, you may order your guest's meals on this form. To add your meals to your total payment, at the bottom of this form, you will indicate each meal again so the fees will be calculated properly. Thank you!
  • Friday Lunch Options - Served with chips, fruit cup, cookie, and a bottle of water.
  • Friday Banquet Entrees - Served with Elevated Garden Salad, Roasted Garlic Fingerling Potatoes, Italian Seasoned Green Beans, Cheesecake with Strawberry Compote, Rolls, Tea and Water. For gluten free, please email presidentelect@ncmta.org by September 21.
  • Saturday Lunch Options - Served with chips, fruit cup, brownie bite, and a bottle of water.

  • Registration includes complimentary light breakfast pastries and coffee each morning and refreshments at The Music House Saturday evening. 

  • CONFERENCE PAYMENT

  • Registration is complete when payment is collected. Only one teacher can register per form. If you are bringing a guest for meals only, please change the quantity to 2 to pay for the correct number of meals. MEALS MUST BE ORDERED BY SEPTEMBER 21. Due to our commitment to East Carolina University and our guest artist, no refunds will be given.
