  • Recurring Billing Authorization & Cancellation Policy

    By enrolling in the Falcon's Nest at Sunrise Lounge, the member acknowledges and agrees that all membership fees are charged as a monthly recurring subscription. The subscription will automatically renew and continue each month unless canceled in accordance with this policy.

    To cancel the subscription, the member must submit a written cancellation request via email to sunriseeventscatering@gmail.com. Cancellation requests must be received before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

    No verbal requests, text messages, social media messages, or other forms of communication will be accepted as notice of cancellation. The membership will remain active, and monthly charges will continue until written notice is received and confirmed by Sunrise Event Lounge.

    By submitting payment, the member authorizes Sunrise Lounge to charge the selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until proper cancellation notice has been provided.
