I understand that participation in this event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, contact with livestock, arena conditions, equipment, and other participants, which may result in serious injury, permanent disability, or death.By registering my child, I acknowledge and agree to the following:*My child is physically able to participate in this event.*I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child's participation.*I release, waive, and hold harmless the Fannin County Fair Association, its officers, directors, volunteers, sponsors, stock contractors, judges, arena owners, event staff, and affiliated organizations from any claims, demands, damages, injuries, or liabilities arising from my child's participation, except where prohibited by law.*I understand that protective equipment, including a helmet and protective vest, helps reduce but does not eliminate the risk of injury.*I authorize event personnel to obtain emergency medical treatment for my child if necessary and understand that I am responsible for any resulting medical expenses.*I grant permission for photographs and videos of my child taken during the event to be used by the Fannin County Fair Association for promotional, advertising, website, and social media purposes without compensation.*I agree to abide by all event rules and understand that failure to follow those rules may result in my child's removal from the event without a refund.*I certify that I am at least 18 years of age, am the parent or legal guardian of the participant, and have the legal authority to sign this waiver.*By checking the box below and electronically signing this form, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability.
