Outward Bound Hong Kong, a registered charity founded in 1970, exists to fulfil our Vision of “Resilient Individuals, Effective Communities, A Stronger Hong Kong”. This is achieved by delivering our mission of providing challenging outdoor experiential education for participants so that they can discover and develop their potential to care for themselves, others and the world around them. OBHK is accredited by the Association for Experiential Education, and as part of Outward Bound International, it benefits from the network of over 37 schools around the world.

Since 1970, we have future-proofed over 300,000 Hong Kong youth through outdoor experiential education to build a stronger Hong Kong. Their Educational Framework focuses to #FutureProofYOUth in three major areas: Well-Being, Social Inclusion and Future Skills and our impact and outcome is found significant increment (20-28%) in 5 key areas: Resilience, Confidence, Compassion, Social Competence and Environmental Responsibility.
