    The Consignor of the top-selling horse in each sale division will receive a trophy belt buckle. (ownership must change - buybacks not eligible)

    Divisions of horse sale include 1) Weanling 2) Yearling 3) Riding Horse

  • Riding Horse Sale Preview: A special Riding Horse Preview will be held at Miller's Horse Palace on Friday Oct. 16th from 2:30-5pm. 

    Buyer Social: 5-7pm at Millers Horse Palace Concession Area. Come join us for socalizing and snack food.

    Gold Buckle Events: Weanling- 5 Year Old consigned horses are eligible and encouraged to enter the NILE Gold Buckle Ranch Horse Futurity.  Eligibility begins the same year horses are accepted into the sale. Horses must go through sale ring to complete eligibility and receive placing and awards/payouts.
    The Gold Buckle Ranch Horse Futurity will be held Wednesday Oct. 14th and Thursday Oct. 165th at the First Interstate Arena. 
    Separate entry form and entry fees apply.

    Horses 5 years old and younger consigned to the sale are eligible to compete in the NILE Gold Buckle Events the same year they are consigned. These events include the Gold Buckle Ranch Horse Futurity with 5 age divisions.    .

  • Every horse that passes vet screening at sale check-in will be provided a stall starting Friday October 16th. 

    All consigned horses are required to stall on Metra Grounds after vet screening.

    Stalling assignments will be posted in the stall barn. 

    Stall (Friday Night) and 2 bags of shaving will be provided to each consignment. Additional bedding will be available for purchase. 

    If you need a stall prior to Friday, October 16th they may be purchased - please contact the NILE Horse office to make arrangements. 

  • PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL VET AND BRAND OFFICE FOR REQUIRED TRAVEL PAPERWORK

  • HORSE SALE CHECK-IN

    When: Friday October 16th, 2026
    Start Time: 9am-Noon
    Where: Super Barn - Metra Park

    Every sale horse MUST go through brand inspection, vet screening, and check-in.  Further details will be sent to accepted consignments.

     

  • I agree to pay a consignment fee to the NILE on or before 11:59pm MT- August 24th, 2026. I understand late payments and/or applications will NOT be allowed into consignment consideration.*

  • Consignments not selected will receive a refund minus $20 processing fee.
