Important Info!

Welcome! This form is for those who want to attend 2027 Miss Ultimate USA National Scholarship Pageant as an Appointed Title. At Miss Ultimate USA we want to provide full transparency and expectations! 2027 Nationals Fees are as follows $150 Appointed title fee includes State Crown and Sash (Crown & Sash is not ordered until $300 Registration Fee is paid. Crowns and Sashs can take UP TO 8 WEEKS to arrive to us as they are manufactured by an outside vendor. We mail these out as soon as they arrive to us.), $925 National Package Fee. If You fail to compete at nationals or withdraw for any reason you are required to pay a $200 withdraw fee and return the Crown and Sash to the National Office. No refunds are given on any National Fees. Age divisions based as of July 1, 2027, Ages 4-27.... Jr. Princess (4-6), Princess (7-9), Preteen (10-12), Jr. Teen (13-15), Teen (16-19), Miss (20-27).
Registration and Fees

Appointed title fee includes Crown and Sash $150, Registration fee $300, National Package Fee $925. If You fail to compete at nationals or withdraw for any reason you are required to pay a $200 withdraw fee and return the Crown and Sash to the National Office. National Fees are not refunded.

Jr. Princess (Ages 4-6), Princess (Ages 7-9), Preteen (Ages 10-12), Jr. Teen (Ages 13-15), Teen (Ages 16-19), Miss (Ages 20-27)
Required Competitions

There are three required phases of competition, Interview 40% (Round Robin Style for Jr. Princess, Panel Style for Princess-Miss), Ultimate Runway 30%, and Evening Gown 30%. Top 3 in the Jr. Teen, Teen, and Miss are required to compete in Onstage Question.
Age, Marital, Citizenship, and Parental Requirment

Contestants between the age of 4-27 are eligible to compete. Each Contestant must be a natural born female, a US Citizen, and never been married. Divorced Contestants are ineligible. Contestants may also not have any children.
