- Booth selections are FIRM. No changes or refunds will be made after your application has been submitted.

- Maximum of two (2) booth spaces per vendor. Applications requesting more than two spaces will be denied.

- Each business must submit its own application. Vendors may not reserve spaces under multiple business names on a single application.

- Food vendors are required to submit a valid Madera County Temporary Food Facility Permit with their application. Applications submitted without the required permit will not be accepted.

- An additional $135 fee is required for all food vendors. This fee must be paid during the application process in the designated section.
