SE TIGERS FC (EMSA) EVALUATIONS REGISTRATION FORM (2026-27 INDOOR SEASON)
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. Tryout fee: $20
2. You MUST be registered to attend the evaluations.
3. Please arrive 15 minutes early for all tryout dates and check in before the evaluations begin.
4. Outdoor cleats, shin pads, and shorts are required for players born 2018 and older; running shoes are permitted for players born 2019 and younger.
5. Once the evaluations are completed, all parents will be notified of their child's evaluation results via the email addresses they provided.
6. Sometimes, the emails may end up in the junk folder. Please make sure to note the evaluation dates and do not miss them.
7. All players born 2019-2020-2021 will be offered a spot. There are NO tryouts for this age group; you will be offered a $20 credit toward the registration fee for registering for the evaluations.
EMSA TEAM REGISTRATION FEE

We will only collect the fee after your child has been offered a spot on the team

Team fee payment support:
1. Financial assistance is available for low-income families through Jumpstart and Kidsport.
2. Club support is available on a case-by-case basis.
3. A partial payment plan is also available.
