There will be a catered lunch provided on Saturday. All attendees are welcomed to bring a lunch if necessary due to dietary restrictions.

We strongly encourage everyone to reserve their rooms as soon as possible. As the event approaches, securing additional rooms, if needed, may become more difficult. A credit card is required to hold the reservation, but it will not be authorized (not charged) until 72 hours before arrival. There is a 72-hour cancellation policy.
