Dog Heartworm Test

The dog is tested for heartworms and the result noted in the dog's vet record. You will have to obtain heartworm medications or treatment from your own veterinarian.

This vaccine only covers FeLV.

Dog 8 in 1 Vaccine

This combination vaccine for dogs covers Distemper, Adenovirus Types 1 and 2, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus, Leptospirosis (2 types), and Coronavirus. Recommended annually for adults and can be given as early as 8 weeks to puppies.

Cat 4 in 1 Vaccine

This combinaiton vaccine for cats covers Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia (FVRCP), and Chlamydia Psittaci. Recommended for Kittens 6 weeks and older, then repeat every 2-3 weeks until 16 weeks and adult cats annually.

E-Collar

Highly recommended if your pet is likely to lick the incision. (It is the responsibility of the pet owner to prevent their pet from licking the surgical incisiion.)

Required if Owner does not show actual current Certificate of Rabies Vaccinatino or animal has not been vaccinated for Rabies. Please note that the Rabies tag will not satisfy this requirement. This applies to cats and dogs.
