Documents Needed to complete the Dual registration process includes a CLEAR copy of the dog's current pedigree (minimum 3 year pedigree), copy of transfers if not already in your name, genetic testing documents including MPS VI, PLL, CYS, DM, a Orivet DNA Profile, clearly defined pictures of the front, side and rear (genital area) of dog being dually registered.

Agreement and Verification
I apply to the American Harlequin Miniature Pinscher Club to have the above dog dually registered. I certify that I am the legal owner of this dog and that I have complete authority to submit this application to dual register this dog in my name and to receive his/her official AHMPC registration certificate. I understand that upon request, I agree to provide to the AHMPC any such written authorization.

I understand that the AHMPC does reserve the right to correct or cancel the registration of this dog and its descendants at any time that evidence of disinformation or controversy of pedigree becomes apparent to the organization.

I understand that Dual registration is not guaranteed and processing time once applications and all required documentations are received is 5-7 business days.
