    Our deadline to sign up or modify an existing plan is the Wednesday before service at 3 pm.  We are unable to add new students or make any changes later than Wednesday due to our production schedule. 


    For your future reference, here is our cancellation policy:

    • We are unable to credit for absences, sick days or unexpected school closures (snow days, illness, etc).
    • We require 14 days’ notice for meal plan cancellations.To cancel your meal plan in full, please complete our Meal Cancellation form HERE.
    • Please note there is a 4% processing fee on all reimbursements.
