TRADE EVENT - WINE REQUIREMENTS:

Each brand may show up to 4 different wines.

Suggested wine amounts: Trade Tasting Only: Minimum 4 bottles per SKU 

Wineries may choose to pour different wines for the trade and consumer tastings.  

No auction this year for this event.

 

WHY PARTICIPATE?

(A). Trade tasting: We have a dedicated trade team that will be inviting all legitimate accounts. Wine stores, wine retail, hotel buyers, ideal restaurants, country clubs and wine bars. We have the highest standards when it comes to trade involvement and we focus on quality over quantity.

(B). Consumer Tasting: The event will be quality over quantity at every level including food, service, and location. 

(C). Data - All participating wineries will be provided with the account information for every trade account that attends.

(D). Wine Sales: Please follow the rules of your wineries license. We allow wineries to sell wine through legal means - but no handing off of wine that evening (paper or IPAD transactions only). You will ship your orders to the client directly.

(E). Media Agreement: By joining this event - you agree to participate in media promotion. Tell your distributor/broker about the trade event. Tell your database about the consumer event - they will support and come see you! Our partnership with Los Angeles Magazine, Local Wine Events, Tock, Eventbrite and Shopify - as well as our newly expanded team of social media and marketing professionals will make this a showcase event and get brand level marketing, quality of association, and a great ROI for this effort. Together we can make this an amazing return to the marketplace.
