2026 NW Men's Summit

The Northwest Men's Summit is open to all men, over the age of 18, from the states of Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Idaho, Wyoming and Montana who have a bleeding disorder. Please plan to join us for us for a weekend of connection, education and fun!

If you are affiliated with another bleeding disorders chapter (Alaska, Montana, Wyoming, or Idaho), please contact your local chapter regarding registration.

If the registration fee or transportation costs present a barrier to attending the NW Men's Summit, please reach out to our office. We're happy to discuss available assistance and help make your participation possible.

Note: Default room option is a double queen with two conference attendees. If you prefer your own room, you will be responsible for half the room cost.

From time to time, the Bleeding Disorder Foundation of Washington (BDFWA) will want to use pictures from our Community events to promote future BDFWA activities. BDFWA would like permission to be able to use your families' image for that purpose. *

BDFWA adheres to the highest safety standards and regulations. We maintain the values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. I agree to act responsibly with alcohol and legal drugs while attending the NW Men's Summit. Additionally, I understand that all information shared during the weekend is confidential and should not be shared outside of the Summit without the permission of those in attendance. What happens at NW Men's Summit remains at NW Men's Summit

I certify that I am fully capable of participating in and being a participant of NW Men's Summit being held Oct 2-4, 2026, at Heathman Lodge, Vancouver, WA. Therefore, I assume responsibility for bodily injury, death and loss of personal property and expenses thereof as a result of negligence while participating in the above stated activity, except to the extent such damage or injury can be shown to be due negligence of the Bleeding Disorder Foundation of WA, Heathman Lodge or additional programming partners. I further understand that The Bleeding Disorder Foundation of WA personnel reserves the right to refuse participation for any person judged to be incapable of meeting the rigors and requirements of participating in this activity. I acknowledge that any bodily injury, death, and loss of personal property that occur in breaks between programming, personal free time during the retreat, before the retreat begins, or after it wraps up each day are not the responsibility of BDFWA or other program partners. BDFWA is not responsible for the actions of participants before the retreat begins at 4:00 PM on Oct 2, 2026, or after it ends at 11:00 AM on Oct 4, 2026. Any actions that result from the participant's own decisions outside of the limits of NW Men's Summit programming laid out in the shared agenda are not the responsibility of BDFWA or other programming partners. If you have any questions regarding this statement, please contact the BDFWA office at (206) 533-1660. I have read, understand, and fully accept the terms and conditions stated here and acknowledge that this agreement shall be effective and binding upon the individual who signed below during the entire period of participation in said activity. I agree, for myself and my heirs, to indemnify and hold harmless BDFWA from any loss, claims, action, causes of action, or proceedings of any kind which may be initiated by me or by any other person, entity or organization, including demands, judgments, costs, loss of services, expenses, or reimbursement of counsel fees incurred by BDFWA from activities explained in this waiver. I give permission to BDFWA to obtain on my behalf any emergency

I agree that I will follow all safety protocols required by The Bleeding Disorder Foundation of WA, Heathman Lodge and additional programming partners while in attendance at the 2026 NW Men's Summit. I agree that I will not attend NW Men's Summit if I have recently tested positive for COVID or the flu, have had recent, close contact with someone who is COVID or flu positive, or am exhibiting flu or COVID symptoms. I acknowledge that I will be subject to strict quarantine requirements and procedures if I test positive for the flu or COVID while in attendance at NW Men's Summit I acknowledge that there is a risk I will be exposed to COVID, the flu and other illnesses, particularly those that are contagious, while attending NW Men's Summit. While BDFWA has safety protocols in place, there is no way to completely eliminate the risk of contracting illnesses, particularly those that are contagious. I agree that The Bleeding Disorder Foundation of WA, Heathman Lodge and any other additional programming partners are not liable for any infections, illnesses, symptoms, and other associated effects.
