Welcome to the Mochi Menu order form for international orders outside the Philippines! You may double-check availability of stocks by messaging me on Twitter or Instagram. All orders will be processed from August 3 onwards. You may still submit the form.

1. How do I do wholesale?
  - Message me on Instagram or send me an email at jc.mistart@gmail.com.
2. Where are you located?
  - The Philippines!
3. How long do you take to ship items?
  - Kindly give me 5 -7 days unless it is a preorder. Shipping is once a week and may take longer if I have events (7-10 days).
4. How long does a preorder take?
  - It takes around 14 - 16 days for the stock to arrive in Manila.
5. How is the shipping fee computed?
  - By weight!
  - Kindly check the international rates in this sheet. If your country is not in the list, kindly send me a message.
6. Currency?
  - US Dollars.
7. What logistics company do you use to ship items?
  - Inline Forwarder!
8. Payment?
  - PayPal
  - GCash
  - Bank transfers to Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI)
  - Wise (Easy transfers between currencies as long as you have a bank account!)
