Christkindlmarkt Date: Saturday, December 12, 2026 from 11AM-6PM
ONE DAY ONLY - RAIN or SHINE.
Set up:
Saturday, December 12th 8AM-10AM. Your booth must be set up and ready to show at 11AM.
We will have some electricity available. Bring extension cords if you’d like power in your booth. You are more than welcome to bring a heat source.
Break down is at 6PM. Please be off the street by 8PM.
Booth Information:
Artists are given a 10’x 10’ area on Gay Street or Church Street, there are NO indoor spots.
Your tent or booth display must fit inside that area, and be properly weighted.
You must provide your own tent and display panels and table if needed.
You are responsible for collecting monies and paying your sales tax. PA sales tax is 6%.
You are responsible for set up and tear down.
Accepted Participants will be responsible for a booth fee payable to CCAA by November 2, 2026.
Outside Booth 10” x 10” - $250
You must be a member of CCAA to exhibit. (You may become a member after acceptance.) Member rates are -
- High School/College Student: $30; All Member Benefits; Ages 16-22 with valid student ID
- Senior: $40; All Member Benefits; Ages 65 +
- Individual: $50; All Member Benefits; Ages 18 +
- Household: $75; All member benefits for each member of one household
