    Payment is collected securely at the end of the form to confirm your registration.

    Each workshop requires a minimum enrollment of four students. If minimum enrollment is not met, your payment will be fully refunded.

    A playful introduction to songwriting, singing, rhythm, movement, and beginner instruments. Children will build confidence, creativity, and a love of making music in a fun, encouraging environment.

      Please review the following before completing your registration.
    • Workshop Policies

       
      • Attendance: Regular attendance helps students get the most out of the workshop experience. While I understand that occasional absences are sometimes unavoidable, there are no make-up classes for missed sessions. Whenever possible, I'll send home materials or activities so students can stay connected and continue learning at home.

      • Cancellation & Refunds: Registration fees are refundable up to 14 days before the start of the registered session. After that time, refunds cannot be guaranteed, except in the event of workshop cancellation or exceptional circumstances at my discretion.

      • Minimum Enrollment: Workshops require a minimum of 4 registered students. If a workshop does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement, participants will be notified and all registration fees will be refunded in full.
    • Photo & Video Permission

      From time to time, photos or short videos may be taken during workshops and used on my website, social media, or in promotional materials for future workshops.

      In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Carrie Day to seek appropriate medical assistance for my child if I cannot be reached immediately.
