Cancelof

Site Fees

Site fees are due on the 1st of the month. If your arrival date is mid-month, the site fee will be pro-rated to the 1st of the month. If site fees are not paid by the 5th, a late fee of $15 will be applied to the account. If site fees are not paid by the 10th, an additional late fee of $40 will be applied to the account.
Long-Term Booking Deposit

A booking deposit of $250 is required at time of booking. In the event of a cancellation, $100 is non-refundable. $150 will be refunded if cancellation is made more than 30 days from arrival date. If cancellation is made within 30 days, no refund will be issued.
Electricity

Electricity is billed separately around the 25th of the month and is due on the 1st of the month. A deposit of $150 will be charged upon check-in. This deposit will be applied to the final electric bill. If there final electric charges are less than $150, you will be refunded the difference.
Background Check

For the safety of our guests, we require a background check of all guests 18 years of age and older. This is a background check only, not a credit report.
