BUSINESS TYPES:
We only accept up to 2 vendors per product type. For example:
- Up to 2 bakery vendors
- Up to 2 tshirt vendors
If you are with a MLM or Direct Sales Company, we only accept one vendor per company.
Please check the "Registered Vendor List" before registering.
Booth Space:
10x10 booth space | $60
Food trucks / trailers $60
Booth Fees are Non-Refundable
SALES TAX: Vendors are required by the state of Kentucky to collect 6% sales tax with each sale. Each vendor will receive a letter from the Kentucky Department of Revenue with instructions on how to remit your sales tax collected. You are not required to have a sales tax permit, but you are required by Kentucky to collect and remit sales tax. Any questions regarding sales tax should be directed to the Kentucky Department of Revenue Owensboro Office. (270) 687-7301

EVENT HOURS: 9am-2pm
Vendors should be set up by 9am and are required to be open until the end of the event at 3pm. Vendors may arrive to set up at 7:30 am EST. All vehicles must be parked and out of the set up area by 8:45am. Late set up is not permitted. Early break down is not permitted.
WEATHER: This is an outdoor event and will be open rain or shine. If we are expected to encounter high winds, storms, or ice the event will be rescheduled for a later date.
NO-SHOWS: If you register for the event and for some reason are not able to make it, you must give us notice before the start time of the event via email at midwaypartybarn@gmail.com. Failure to give notice will result your business in being banned from all future events without refund.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PROPERTY: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside booth spaces. Please be respectful of everyone around you and do not smoke inside your booth space.
CLEAN UP: Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their area.
Disrespect towards event staff or another vendor will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any vendor from the event in response to such behavior.
COMMUNICATION:
We will communicate with you through email. Please check your email, especially the week before the event. If you have registered and do not see an email from us, please check your junk folder. If you still do not see an email, please contact us at midwaypartybarn@gmail.com
