利物浦國際足球學校（香港）女子足球訓練課程專為9至17歲熱愛足球的女孩而設，讓學員在專業及具啟發性的環境中學習與成長。課程由利物浦專業教練團隊設計，秉承「The Liverpool Way」的教學理念，著重提升學員的體能、技術、戰術意識及團隊合作精神。教練會透過有系統的訓練及定期評估，為每位學員提供適切的指導與鼓勵，協助她們發揮潛能，為未來發展奠定穩固基礎。

條款及細則
1.一位球員只能由一位陪同者陪同，非球員不能進入訓練場地或觀眾席。
2. 凡因颱風(三號風球或以上)，當天一切課堂或活動將告取消，恕不設補堂或退款。
3. 如因雷暴或暴雨而取消該節課堂或活動，校方亦會於課堂開始前兩小時以短訊及/或手機應用程式通知家長，有關的補堂安排會作另行通知。
4. 課堂途中天氣惡劣，教練會因應實際情況作出決定，如取消課堂，有關的補堂安排會作另行通知。
5. 在微雨情況下會照常上課。
6. 所有報名所需費用必須於課程開課前成功繳付，否則校方有權視作放棄報名論，校方亦有權拒絕未繳清費用之球員上課。
7. 如自行缺課，恕不補堂或退款。
8. 如因場地安排或其他突發事件而取消課堂，本校將會安排補課，補課日期及時間將會另行通知。家長須根據校方指定補課安排帶同球員進行補課，本校有權拒絕非當天補課之球員進入球場上課。
9. 如被接納所繳交費用，於任何情況下恕不退回、更改或轉讓。
10. 家長/監護人願意授權予校方在無須經本人審查而可使用貴子弟的肖像、姓名、聲線及個人資料作為活動及推廣之用(包括相片，錄像及多媒體錄像等)。
11. 家長/監護人同意貴子弟健康及體能良好，適宜參加足球訓練或活動。家長/監護人明白並同意貴子弟因參加足球訓練課程或活動而造成傷亡或財物損失，家長/監護人不會向利物浦國際足球學校(香港) 追究任何責任。
12. 如有任何爭議，利物浦國際足球學校(香港)及PNH Soccer Academy Limited將保留最終決定權。如本條款及細則的中、英文版本有所差異，一概以中文版本為準。

Terms and Conditions
1. Each Player can be accompanied by one parent or companion ONLY, non-player is NOT allowed to enter the soccer pitch or auditorium.
2. If the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.3 or above is hoisted, the class/ activities will be cancelled without any make-up class or refund.
3. If the class/ activities are cancelled due to the thunderstorm or rainstorm, Liverpool FC International Academy (Hong Kong) (LFCIAHK) will inform parents via SMS and/or mobile app notification 2 hours before the class/ activities. We will notify the parent/guardian the make-up arrangement.
4. The coach would consider the actual weather condition to decide whether or not to proceed the class/ activities. If the class/ activities is cancelled, we will notify the parent/guardian the make-up arrangement.
5. Training will go on as scheduled in light rain condition.
6. All fees required for enrolment MUST BE successfully paid before the start of the soccer courses, otherwise LFCIAHK reserves the right to deem the application forfeited. LFCIAHK also reserves the right to deny the students attending lessons should there be any unpaid fees.
7. No make-up lessons, refund of fees will be arranged for absences without any leave application.
8. Make-up class will be arranged by LFCIAHK in the case of class cancellation due to venue availability and/or unexpected events. We will notify the parent/guardian the make-up arrangement. We reserve the right to refuse any players, who are not eligible, to participate in any make up training sessions.
9. Once the course fee is accepted, course fee is non-refundable, cannot be rescheduled & non-transferable under any circumstances.
10. Parent/Guardian agree to authorize LFCIAHK to use your child’s portrait, name, voice and personal information as the purpose of promotion without further examination.
11. Parent/Guardian hereby declare that your child is healthy, physically fit and suitable to participate in the class/ activities and agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the LFCIAHK. Parent/Guardian agree not to hold LFCIAHK responsible for any accident of whatever kind, resulting in death or injury, and/or for any damage, loss or destruction of personal properties during the class / activities.
12. In case of any dispute, LFCIAHK & PNH Soccer Academy Limited reserves the right of final decision. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
