Orders are due November 7, 2026 by 6:00pm. Any order received after 6:00pm on November 7, 2026 will be assessed a $15.00 late fee. All items on this form are optional add-ons and not required for participation. Please use one form per family, even if there are multiple cast members. If you need more photos than are offered on the form, you may submit a second form.
Please Note: Beginning Spring 2025, NPD will only be providing digital photos due to the limited availability of reliable, affordable, and timely printing services.
For individual and group photos, most families will only need to order one copy, unless your dancer has multiple roles.
If you would like to order additional group photos (where you choose which dancers appear in the photo), please order one for each unique group photo you wish to request.
