By signing below, I agree to participate in the Big Bro Joe Foundation’s 7th Annual Trunk or Treat at the Toyota Center Parking Lot in Kennewick, WA on Sunday, October 25, 2026. I understand that I am responsible for the safety, setup, operation, and conduct of my booth, vehicle, and any employees, volunteers, or representatives participating on behalf of my organization. I hereby release and hold harmless the Big Bro Joe Foundation, Toyota Center, event sponsors, volunteers, partner organizations, and their respective officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liability, loss, damage, or injury that may arise from my participation in this event. I understand this is a family-friendly community event, and I agree that all decorations, displays, costumes, giveaways, music, and promotional materials will be appropriate for attendees of all ages. I also agree to follow all event rules and instructions provided by event organizers to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Participant Agreement and Liability Waiver.
