• Downtown Lancaster Wayfinding Signage Application

    Program Overview: The Downtown Lancaster Wayfinding Signage Program provides high-traffic advertising opportunities on six strategically placed 13-foot-tall signage posts and two repurposed kiosks. Each post features dual brackets holding 40 directional placards and the two kiosks will each hold 20 directional placards.
    • Total Availability & Visibility: 240 advertisement placard slots on 6 wayfinding units, and 40 advertisement placard slots on 2 repurposed kiosks.
    • Management: This program is managed by Destination Downtown Lancaster.
    • Selection: Applications are available to DDL members and SID property owners and are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, based on our Slot Allocation Summary and Prioritization Decision Flow Chart, which can be viewed here.

  • Section 2: Investment and Fees

    Please acknowledge the following fee structure.

  • Initial Participation Fee: $150.00 (Includes placard design and installation on one sign in one location, or placard design and installation in one kiosk). Additional sign locations can be purchased for $75 each. Destination Downtown Lancaster reserves the right to limit the number of locations you may reserve.)


    Annual Renewal Fee: (regardless of how many signs you have): $100.00 (Due annually on August 1st to maintain your placard(s)).


    Replacement Fee: $75.00 per placard (Applicable if a placard needs replacement due to weathering or requested design changes).

  • Section 3: Design Specifications

  • Placards will follow a standardized template to ensure clarity and aesthetic consistency. Please provide the following details for your design to Jerrod Myers of Big Ideas at jerrod@bigideasba.com

    • Business Name or Logo: High-resolution files must be used.
    • Design Style: Solid

  • Section 4: Terms and Conditions

    • Final Placement: Destination Downtown Lancaster reserves the right to make the final decision on the placement of your placard(s) based on availability.
    • Payment Requirement: Checks must be received by Destination Downtown Lancaster before any design work or installation commences.
    • Design Team: Your application submission is proof of an agreement that you will work directly with our Designer and agree to our design standards.
    • Maintenance: Future replacements due to weathering or other reasons are the responsibility of the business owner at the flat replacement rate.
