2026 Junior Knights Football Registration

***DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS AUGUST 7TH (A $25 LATE FEE WILL BE ADDED AFTER AUGUST 7)***

Unity Christian's Junior Knights football program is for boys who will be in 7th and 8th grade in the 2026-2027 school year. The season runs from August to October with practices and games on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings. Home games and practices are at Unity Christian High School. *More details will be sent out via email regarding equipment pick-up date, practice schedules, and coaches information in early August.

*We provide all pads and equipment. The only gear you need to provide for your son is cleats.

We assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation including transportation to and from activities, and we do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnity and agree to hold harmless the organizers, officials, coaches, sponsors, supervisors, participants and person transporting our child.

We as parent(s) or guardian agree to be financially responsible for proper maintenance and return of the football equipment and uniform. If not returned by the end of the season in a timely manner, replacement costs for the uniform will be paid by the signee.
