Meditation Australia invites members to join our monthly Meditation Teachers' Circle, featuring a special guest senior meditation teacher each month.
Friday 31 July
12.00pm – 12.45pm AEST (Brisbane/Sydney/Melbourne Time)
Online
Held on the last Friday of every month (except October), these sessions are designed to support reflection, professional connection, and shared inquiry within our teaching community.
Each session includes:
• A short guided meditation
• A reflection from our guest teacher
• Time for open discussion and connection
Reflections may explore aspects of the teacher's personal practice, teaching themes, or insights relevant to meditation practitioners and teachers at this time.
Designed to fit into your lunch break, feel free to bring your own lunch.
This month's guest facilitator is Asher Packman, former President of Meditation Australia and founder of The Fifth Direction.
Following a successful corporate career, Asher shifted his focus to health and wellbeing in 2010. He is an IFS-informed depth teacher and holds qualifications in leadership, coaching and mentoring, as well as certifications in HeartMath, the Wim Hof Method and Kundalini Yoga. His work draws together contemplative practice, mythology, psychology and human development to support deeper self-understanding and meaningful transformation.
A TEDx speaker, published poet and former editor at The Good Men Project, Asher has dedicated many years to supporting personal growth, leadership and community. He served as President of Meditation Australia for seven years and continues to contribute to the meditation community through his teaching and mentoring.
