Kingdom Purpose Media Hosting & Distribution Agreement
This agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Kingdom Purpose Media (“KP Media”) and the undersigned Host (“Participant”).
By completing and signing this form, the Host acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
1. Purpose & Participation
The Host agrees to participate as an independent creator or ministry representative within the Kingdom Purpose Media network.
All submitted content—whether live or pre-recorded—must align with Christian values and the mission of KP Media, which is to share faith-based, positive, and uplifting media.
2. Content Standards
A. The Host will ensure all videos, audio, and materials submitted are free from profanity, defamatory statements, or content inconsistent with biblical principles.
B. The Host is solely responsible for securing rights to any music, images, or third-party materials used in their program.
3. Distribution & Usage Rights
The Host grants Kingdom Purpose Media a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to broadcast, distribute, reproduce, promote, and publicly share any submitted or aired media through television, online, podcast, or social platforms owned or operated by KP Media.
I grant KP Media permission to use my name, likeness, headshots, logos, promotional materials, and submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes.
This includes the right to:
Replay or rebroadcast programs beyond the original airing date.
A. Convert video content into audio podcasts for distribution through partner platforms (such as Podbean, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, etc.).
B. Use promotional clips, images, or segments to promote either the Host’s show or the overall KP TV network.
C. Ownership of original content remains with the Host; KP Media’s rights are for distribution, monetization, and promotional purposes only.
4. Host Responsibilities
A. The Host is responsible for maintaining consistent show uploads or broadcasts as scheduled.
B. The Host agrees to maintain professional conduct when representing the Kingdom Purpose brand or engaging with network staff or other hosts.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with thirty (30) days’ written notice.
KP Media reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate this Agreement if content violates these standards or disrupts the integrity of the platform.
6. Acknowledgment
By signing below, I confirm that:
A. I have read and understand this Agreement.
B. I grant KP Media the rights outlined above to distribute and promote my submitted content.
C. I acknowledge that my Impact Host membership is managed through Kingdom Purpose Media and includes recurring monthly services related to ministry growth, branding, promotion, and discoverability.
D. I understand that the Impact Host membership is a recurring monthly partnership designed to support ministry growth, branding, promotion, and discoverability across Kingdom Purpose Media platforms.
E. I authorize Kingdom Purpose Media to process recurring subscription payments through its designated payment provider.
