MAFAA, Inc. reserves the right to deny or limit space to any applicant. There is no rain date; NO refunds are given for any reason. All spaces are OUTDOORS. One (1) Vendor will be allowed in each vendor space. A singlespace is approximately 10’ x 10’; all materials are to be located within the assigned space.
Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, and tents/canopies. All canopiesmust be secured from wind. NO ELECTRICITY is supplied.
Set up time will commence at 7 AM. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE ANY EARLIER.
ALL SPACES ARE ASSIGNED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE SWAP MEET COMMITTEE ON AN AVAILABILITY BASIS.
In the event your application is not accepted, your check will be returned with an explanation.
The price per space is $30.00
VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO PICK UP ALL OF THE TRASH AND EMPTY BOXES FROM THEIR SPACE
The Flea Market will be open to the public from 9:00 AM to 2:00PM.
(The Show Safety Officer has the oversight responsibility of the Flea Market)
All vendors certify by signing this application that they have a Current Massachusetts Sales and Use Tax Number.
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OR ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES are permitted. Anyone not adhering to this rule will be asked to leave immediately and will be subject to any subsequent legal action as may be appropriate.
