By signing below, the undersigned contestant, parent, or legal guardian (if contestant is a minor) acknowledges and agrees that Universal Pageant System, LLC, including its staff, officers, directors, volunteers, and affiliated entities, shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense incurred in connection with participation in the pageant or related events. The undersigned voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation and releases and holds harmless Universal Pageant System, LLC and its representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from such participation.
