🛍️ Vendor Terms & Guidelines:

One (1) 6-foot table and two (2) chairs will be provided.

Setup must be completed by 8:30 AM.

Breakdown is immediately after vendor hours end.

All vendor fees are non-refundable.

Space is secured only after full payment.

Vendors must be present during assigned hours and maintain a clean, professional display.

Unprofessional, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior will result in removal without refund.

Vendors are responsible for any sales tax, licensing, or permits required.

#BlackSLPMagic and the venue are not liable for any lost or damaged items.

📸 Photo/Video Waiver By participating, you consent to be photographed and filmed during the event.

Images and videos may be used for event promotions, social media, website, and future marketing.

You waive all rights to compensation or approval of such materials.
