    • Do I collect athlete info on main form or payment form?
    • Do i track by athlete or parent? What about multiple kids, same program vs Multiple kids different programs?
    • iFrame on payment tab?
    • Hidden fields on payment tab to track what the payment is for? (student name, program name)
    • Need to format invoices
      • That means make invoices from payment forms and carry over hidden fields.
      • Most of the work will probably be done by payment forms, I think?
      • Transfer bare minimum info to payment forms?
      • Parents should get a copy of what they put into the form.
      • Make sure it looks okay on mobile
    • Separate tabs for multiple athletes? Nah.... Just do multiple on athlete info tab....
    • Multiple athletes
      • I don't really like the look of the widgets and how it collects data into spreadsheets. Wish I could use it but I don't think it will work.

Milestones (so I know I'm making progress)

    • Get consistent look across all forms
    • Duplicate form for each program type
    • Make each form unique per program (product list, age check, parent/guardian info, minor info)
    • Unique email message based on program purchased

    Finalizing Check list

    • Hide fields on credit card
    • Duplicate to different event types
    • Turn on required fields
    • Turn on required fields if statement
    • Turn on CC payment
    • Update practice info
    • Update Purchasing info

  • Lokahi Tennis Team Support Policy

While we understand commitments to family, school and other activities, we encourage all players to stay at matches and support their teammates. After you complete your individual match, it is required to remain until the last team players complete their match, unless you have notified the coach in advance of another commitment that requires you to leave early. It should be a goal, however, to arrange your schedule so that you can stay and support the players still on the court. This develops team spirit to have teammates cheering you on rather than leaving the courts. We appreciate all the support and look forward to the upcoming season.

  • Spreadsheet to Form widget note:

I ended up downloading the client list as a CSV then opened and saved it as an Excel. That got it to work. (which I think may have been what got it to work in the first place)

It's almost as if this widget doesn't like how Jotform saves submissions as Excel files.
