LIABILITY WAIVER
In consideration of the acceptance or participation in the Old Fishermen's Club car show on the river, by execution of this form, I hereby release and discharge the Old Fishermen's Club, their directors, representatives, and anyone else connected with the management or conduct, of any and all known and unknown damages, injuries, losses, Judgements and/or claims from any causes whatsoever that may be suffered by any member to his person or property. Further, each applicant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the foregoing entities, persons and bodies of and from all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of the applicant or any member assisting or cooperating with the applicant and under the direction or control of the applicant.
