I confirm that the information stated on this application is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. 

• I understand that I will be refused the right to entry or set-up  if the City representative deems anything to be inappropriate for any reason.
• I understand that I will be allowed to sale of the types of items selected in this application.
• I understand that each individual, organization, or vendor must have a separate application and vendors may not partner with other vendors.  
• I understand that the City of Selma and its affiliates are not liable or responsible for vendor or vendor property.
• I understand that the permit, if granted, is not transferable and is revocable at any time at the absolute discretion of the City of Selma.

I have read, understand, and agree to abide by the policies, rules, and regulations identified by the City of Selma as applicable to all plans and requested usage.

By authority of Section 16-24 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Selma, the requirement of Events Permit shall not apply to any activity sponsored by the City, County or State.

The Permit shall be issued only after approval by the appropriate City Officials, as indicated below:
