Fall 2026 Tempe Festival of the Arts Food Vendor Application

Thank you for your interested in applying to be a food and beverage vendor at the Tempe Festival of the Arts Fall 2026 Festival. Please read through the Food & Beverage Handbook HERE before applying. Incomplete applications will not be considered. A $10 application fee will be required upon submission. If you are interested in applying for both the fall and the spring art festivals, you must complete separate applications for each event. Any questions please email events@downtowntempe.com

By submitting an application to Downtown Tempe Foundation (DTF), I acknowledge that I have read the Tempe Festival of the Arts Food & Beverage Vendor Handbook along with the legal information in the document. - I understand the community health guidelines and safety requirements may change and I will be notified of the expectations prior to the event.- I understand that the DTF reserves the right to move my booth space if deemed necessary.- I understand if additional electricity AMPS are needed, you are responsible for providing the extra power. It must be a 'whisper' generator or have a covering to ensure it is quiet. All electrical cords must be taped down and remain securely taped throughout the event.- I understand that if accepted and I do not adhere to the expectations, I will NOT be allowed to return as a participating vendor for future Downtown Tempe Foundation events.
