- Participants agree to follow all safety instructions.

- Camp Confident, its organisers, instructors, volunteers, and representatives will not be liable for any injury, illness, accident, death, loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

- Participants understand they are participating voluntarily.

- Photos may be taken during workshops unless they opt out.

- Personal information will remain confidential.

Camp Confident Workshop Cancellation & Refund Policy
Camp Confident understands that plans can change. Our workshops involve securing camping sites, preparing resources, and limiting participant numbers to ensure everyone receives a quality experience. Because of this, the following cancellation policy applies.

More than 14 days before the workshop

• You may request a full refund, less a $10 administration fee.
• Alternatively, your booking can be transferred to another available Camp Confident workshop date (subject to availability).

8–14 days before the workshop

• A 50% cancellation fee applies.
• The remaining balance may be transferred to another available Camp Confident workshop date where possible.

Within 7 days of the workshop

• No refunds are available as workshop costs, bookings and preparations have already been committed.
• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another person with prior approval from Camp Confident.

Weather and circumstances outside our control

• Camp Confident will make every effort to run workshops as scheduled.
• In the event of extreme weather, campsite closure, government restrictions, or other circumstances outside our control, Camp Confident will communicate with participants and provide options where possible, including rescheduling where appropriate.
