Please ensure someone is home to receive your order, or leave a cooler with cold packs outside in a safe, shaded location. Meals are delivered chilled and should be refrigerated promptly.

Storage & Reheating Instructions: Real Meals dinners are delivered chilled. For best quality, please enjoy your meals within 2 days of delivery. If you will not be eating them within 2 days, please freeze them and enjoy when ready.

To reheat: remove any sauce cups, lids, or items not meant for heating. Microwave until hot throughout, stirring or rotating if needed. Heating times may vary depending on your microwave.

Our containers are freezable, microwavable, reusable, and recyclable.
