  • Consultants*

    If you are a consultant for any type of business Scentsy, tupperware, damsel in defense, etc. Please text 918-931-0117 to ensure we have not already filled the space.

  • FOOD TRUCKS*

    The following are already being sold and we do our best to not duplicate food trucks to ensure everyone has a fair chance! DO NOT SUBMIT WITH THE FOLLOWING*** Lemonade/limeades

  • Vendor agreement

    1. Cherokee County Vendor Show and its organizers are not responsible for accidents and or lost/stolen goods. 

    2. Vendor fees are NON REFUNDABLE. Event will happen rain or shine.  If the event needs to be rescheduled due to severe weather you will receive credit towards a future show in 2026

    3. Vendors must provide all chairs, tents, canopies, and other booth needs. 

    4. Vendors cannot stake tents into the ground. Must use wieghts.

    5. Vendors are responsible for reporting sales tax. 

    6. Set up is day of only 6am - 8am 

    7. Tear down is NO EARLIER than 2pm. Tearing down early may result in not being invited back to future shows

    8. Vendor fees are not refundable
