Nominations for the 2026 Australian Community Housing Awards close at 5:00pm (AEST), Friday 4 September 2026.

This form cannot be saved and returned to later. We strongly recommend preparing your responses in a separate document before starting your submission.

Before beginning your nomination, we recommend you:

• Prepare your responses to each assessment criterion
• Gather all supporting documentation
• Obtain any required approvals
• Prepare your images

Nomination fee:

• A nomination fee of $100 (ex GST) applies to each submission
• Payment must be made by credit card at the time of submission
• A system-generated receipt will be emailed once payment has been processed
• Please ensure you have a valid credit card available before commencing your nomination, as payment is required to complete and submit your entry

Please provide the details of the contact responsible for your organisation’s 2026 award nomination.
This person will be the primary point of contact for all communications relating to the submission and lead-up to the awards ceremony.

Supporting documents may be uploaded in PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, JPEG or PNG format. The maximum file size is 3GB per file, with up to 25 files permitted per entry.

Supporting evidence may be provided in the form of links (URLs) to external and publically available websites/documents.

• For CHP Excellence awards, please provide a minimum of 8–10 images of the program, project or initiative.
• For Development awards, please provide a minimum of 8–10 images of the program, project or initiative.
• For Collaboration award, please provide a minimum of 8–10 images of the program, project or initiative.
• For Individual awards, please provide a minimum of 5 images including at least clear head-and-shoulders (headshot) portrait of the nominee.

The required format for images is JPEG, JPG or PNG, at a resolution of 300 ppi or higher. Images may be used for both print and web content.

By submitting this nomination, you confirm that all information provided is true and accurate, and that you have the necessary approvals and permissions to submit the nomination and any supporting content, including images.

You grant Australian Community Housing (ACH) permission to use submitted materials for the purpose of assessing nominations and, if applicable, for promotional use across digital and print channels relating to the Awards. Images may be cropped or resized as required, and ACH will credit your organisation where practicable.

A nomination fee of $100 (ex GST) applies and must be paid at the time of submission. Nominations are not complete until payment has been received and all required information has been submitted.
