    • Your group is only confirmed once payment is RECEIVED. Please send ONE payment for your group.
    • The court captain will be in charge of communicating info to their groups
    • If you have FOUR players in your group:
      • Please list all four players names below
      • $135 per player for a total of $540 per court
    • If you have THREE players in your group:
      • Please list all three players names below (list NA in the Participant 4 Option as first and last name and NA@gmail.com as email)
      • $180 per player for a total of $540 per court
    • Groups may register for multiple sessions, just please submit separate form for each session.
