  • $75 SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY

    After your deposit payment, will receive an invoice with your final balance per event you pay a deposit for. The final bill is due no later than 30 days before the scheduled event. Once your table has been paid in full, you will start receiving marketing materials/discount code for event. If balance is not paid in full within 30 days of event, your table will open back up to the public. If your invoice is not paid before another vendor purchases your category, they will get the table and you will lose your security deposit.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    There are no refunds for purchased tables. You can receive a credit for the next scheduled event. 100% if rescheduled 14+ day before the event. 50% if rescheduled 5-13 days before the event. 0% if rescheduled within 5 days of the event. Your credits will expire if not redeemed within the next 3 scheduled events.

  • EXHIBITOR REBATES UPDATE:

    Credits are not applied to deposits. If you qualify for a rebate, it will credit your balance minus your deposit. You will then receive an invoice for the remaining balance. If you have you still have a credit from your rebate, you will receive reimbursement.
