    • Dynamic warm-up
    • Plyometric and conditioning exercises
    • Strength and flexibility assessments
    • Teamwork activities
    • Horse handling evaluation
    • Mounted comfort assessment appropriate to each athlete's experience level

    • Hair securely tied back
    • No jewelry except small stud earrings

    Please bring:

    • A refillable water bottle
    • Light snacks and water will be available throughout the morning.

    Squad Placement

Our goal is to place every athlete on a squad where they can be successful while continuing to develop as a vaulter. Each squad will also have designated alternates who are an important part of the team and may compete throughout the season as opportunities arise.

Please remember that squad placement is based on many factors, including:

    • Safety
    • Current skill level
    • Athletic ability
    • Strength and flexibility
    • Coachability
    • Teamwork
    • Horse suitability
    • The needs and composition of each squad

Our coaches' decisions are made with the long-term development and success of every athlete—and the safety of both athletes and horses—in mind. We appreciate your trust in our coaching team and look forward to an exciting Fall season together!
