LIABILITY WAIVER:
In consideration of my entry in the Realities for Children/Rockabilly Vixen contest, I hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages, injury, and property damage which I or my successors may have, or which may hereafter occur to me as a result of my participation in this event. This release is intended to discharge in advance the promoters, sponsors, and all municipalities and public entities (and their respective agents, employees, volunteers) from and against any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in this event. I understand the risks involved in participating in such an event. I hereby agree to assume those risks and to release and hold harmless all of the persons and/or entities above mentioned.
Media/Photo Release:
By purchasing a registration ticket or your presence at this event, you understand and consent to participate in all audio, video, photographic and/or digital recording during your time with the Rockabilly Vixens Club and/or its events. You understand and consent to the use and release of the audio/visual recordings by The Rockabilly Vixens & Realities For Children. You understand that the information and recording is for publication by The Rockabilly Vixens and associated events only and that your name and image will not be used for any other purpose. You relinquish any rights to the recording and understand the recording may be duplicated and be used by The Rockabilly Vixens without further permission. You understand that you can leave at any time and the rights will remain with The Rockabilly Vixens and will not be taken down if you do so. Publication use can include but not limited to: social media and website publications, news publications, magazine and book publication, video publications, newsletters, and marketing materials. I hereby waive any and all rights of publicity or privacy and grant the organizers full and complete permission to utilize my name, image, likeness, and voice in any and all manner and media throughout the world in perpetuity. I release the Event organizers, its officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, sponsors, licensees and assigns from and against any and all claims which I have or may have for invasion of privacy, defamation or any other cause of action arising out of the production, distribution, broadcast or exhibition of photographs, footage, or any promotional materials.
