Driver CPC eLearning Declaration
By signing below, I confirm that I wish to book the 7-hour Driver CPC eLearning module, "The Professional Driver", at a cost of £50.00 (discounted from £60.00).
I understand that, following successful registration and payment, I will normally receive a separate email within 48 hours containing my login details and clear instructions on how to access and complete the course.
I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that this course is suitable for my individual Driver CPC requirements and that I am eligible to undertake this training, including completing it by eLearning where applicable. I acknowledge that National Transport Training Solutions (NTTS) is unable to determine my individual Driver CPC training requirements and that I am responsible for ensuring this course contributes towards meeting my legal obligations.
I understand that access to the eLearning platform is provided for my personal use only. I must not share my login details or allow any other person to complete any part of the course on my behalf. Doing so may invalidate the training and prevent the issue of a completion certificate.
I acknowledge that the eLearning system is time-controlled and that I must personally complete the full 7 hours of training before a certificate of completion can be issued.
I understand that I have three (3) months from the date my login details are issued to complete the eLearning course. If the course is not completed within this period, access may expire and a certificate will not be issued. Technical support is available during the access period should I experience any difficulties accessing the system.
Once I have successfully completed the course, I understand that it is my responsibility to send my certificate of completion to National Transport Training Solutions (NTTS) so that my Driver CPC hours can be uploaded to the DVSA recording system.
I understand that if:
I do not complete the course in full;
I do not complete the course within the three-month access period;
I do not provide my certificate of completion to NTTS;
I provide incorrect or incomplete information during my registration; or
I fail to follow the instructions provided,
my Driver CPC hours may not be uploaded. In these circumstances, I understand that National Transport Training Solutions (NTTS) cannot accept responsibility, and the course fee is non-refundable.
I confirm that all information I have provided as part of this booking is accurate and complete. I understand that incorrect or incomplete information may delay or prevent the upload of my Driver CPC hours.
I understand that National Transport Training Solutions (NTTS) acts as the training provider and upload agent but cannot accept responsibility for delays or issues caused by incorrect information supplied by me, failure to complete the course, failure to submit my completion certificate, or technical issues outside its reasonable control.
This declaration confirms my understanding of the eLearning process and forms part of my booking agreement.
