  • Conference fee: $145 members/$160 non-members for registrations received by July 31. Cost will increase to $160 members/$175 non-members on August 1.

    Included in the conference fee: snacks during meeting breaks, Friday & Saturday lunches, evening receptions on Thursday and Friday (appetizers and drinks).

    The optional Saturday evening banquet is an additional $45.

     Conference registration closes on August 21, 2026.
