• 2026-2027 Faith Formation | Kindergarten - 5th Grade

  • Welcome to Elementary (Kindergarten-Fifth Grade) Faith Formation online registration for St. Anne's in Pleasant Prairie, WI! We're so pleased to partner with you in your responsibility to raise your child(ren) in our Catholic Faith! This form serves families with children in Kindergarten through 5th grade. A middle school and high school Faith Formation registration form is available on our registration page. At this time, a separate registration submission is needed for each child. Please allow yourself up to 10 minutes for this process, and have your credit card ready before you begin. Those with extreme financial difficulty may call the parish office before continuing. We'll share the fiscal responsibility with those in need. Classes cost $140 to cover materials, heat and air conditioning, etc. Sacramental preparation for First Confession and First Holy Communion is an additional $125. Thank you for your regular stewardship gifts in addition to paying for these services.

    Elementary Faith Formation classes take place the first three Sundays or Wednesdays of each month from September 27 through April 25 (*Please note some irregularities in Class Calendar due to Holy Days and Spring Break schedules). Classes are offered on Wednesday nights from 5:30-6:30 pm or Sunday mornings from 10:30-11:25 am. All parents of Faith Formation students will be required to attend the three scheduled Parent Formation sessions by Fr. Bob. (Please see the Class Calendar under the "Faith Formation" section on the St. Anne website for exact Parent Formation and class dates).

    We are excited to introduce our curriculum for our 2026-2027 Faith Formation year titled "Alive In Christ" from Our Sunday Visitor! This program invites your child to hear God’s invitation to a personal relationship through his Word, helps them discover and learn the Church’s teaching in precise theological language, and teaches them how to live as Catholic disciples. Alive in Christ includes adaptations for special learning needs such as ADHD, learning disabilities or other cognitive differences, emotional or behavioral problems, and physical disabilities.   • At this time, we have a need for catechists to teach various grade levels. No teaching experience is required or necessary, only an openness to sharing your unique gifts, the love of Christ, and His teachings with the youth of our parish! You will receive all of the training, guidance, and materials needed to facilitate a successful year of formation classes. Please take a moment to indicate your interest in teaching Faith Formation next year. Catechists receive 50% of their children's Faith Formation fees.*
